Microsoft Visual Basic File not found (error 53)
 

I really need help.
I had an Excel 2000 file open while i was backing up earlier today using
Microsoft Explorer to write to CD-RW

Now when I try to open that file, I get the Microsoft Visual Basic "File
not found (error 53)"

Can any one tell me how to repair the file or open it??
