Drag Attachment file from Outlook to OLE Object

Have any of you able to use the drag and drop event... i want to drag for
say word file to a drop down ole image combo box or any ole object.

if so... how did you do it... using clipboard? i know i can do it using file
explorer, but i want to use the outlook attached file.

Please advice
