Use a keyboard button to run a macro

Hello, I am looking for a way to run a macro with the press of just on
button when in my sheet, is this possible?

The sheet I am using is protected as well which may make this mor
difficult.

I would really appreciate any help on this.

Thanks

Joh

Use a keyboard button to run a macro

When you say "press of one button", do you mean to click on one butto
the sheet, a button on a toolbar <or to press one key on the keyboard
All are possible, but all require different steps.

More info, please.
