Can I get a hyperlink to run a macro?

I have a hyperlink on one cell that activates another worksheet. I'd like to
also set the auto filter settings on that page at the same time. Can this be
done?

I've not used it, but, there is a Follow Hyperlink spreadsheet events. You
could place your autofilter adjust code in there.
