Macro to force Excel to close after a given timeframe of inactivit

Hello,

I want to be able to force Excel to close or prompt the user that Excel will
close after a certain amount of inactivity time?

Can this be programmed within Excel? I am ok with basic VBA prgramming of
Excel but this one seems a bit beyond me. Very much appreciate if anyone has
perhaps done this before before and point me to some sample code to have a
look at. Or suggest an alternative. This file is accessed by multiple users.
I tried the share workbook function but this breaks by various macros, hence
looking at single user access.

Many thanks, bobm
