How do I,implement a recurssive loop using Microsoft Excel ?
idea is to implement a simple logic,in a column the cell has to return the
same value which had been encountered first untill the next value is encountered after which the new value encountere should be returned. |

Can you restate your problem - how are values "encountered" ?
