I need to find out if it is possible to have an equation where by if the
value in a field is 2 whether or not the entire row can automatically then be placed onto a seperate sheet on the same document but if the value in the field is 1 then the field does not move.. i also need to find out if it is possible to type info into 1 field but have that information placed into anther field on a differnt sheets at the same time Many thanks if you can assist |

You say equation, but equations are static and don't move data. It sounds
like you need a macro - and you posted in programming: http://www.rondebruin.nl/copy5.htm has sample code on various copying scenarios. You second question would involve event programming I would think. A good place to start http://www.cpearson.com/excel/events.htm You would probably use the Change event. -- regards, Tom Ogilvy "Stu J" <Stu wrote in message ...
