I have an Excel 97 speadsheet that has the city, state and zip code in
column A(Houston, TX 77095). Some of the zip codes have the zip + 4 code as well. I need to copy the city to column B, state to column c and zip code to column d. Is there a macro that can do this? TIA |

Try highlighting the column and using Text to Columns under the Data menu.
Use a delimiter and try a space. -- Damon Longworth Don't miss out on the 2005 Excel User Conference Sept 16th and 17th Stockyards Hotel - Ft.
