VBA programs
after extensive searching, I can find nothing on the subject, but
basicly what I need to do is extract the values from certain cells, and then place them into a DataSet, so that it can be exported to XML, anyone know a good guide for doing this, or anyone know a peice of example code to do this? I am pretty new to vb.NET and I have never used vba, and was wondering if that was even the best approach. Thanks in advance for any responses |

It is possible to export from Excel to XML directly, if that is what you are
looking to accomplish. Please see the following KB article: http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;305795 Here are some additional references for using Excel and XML: http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;319180 http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;307021 -- David Lloyd MCSD .NET http://LemingtonConsulting.com This response is supplied "as is" without any representations or warranties. wrote in message ups.com... after extensive searching, I can find nothing on the subject, but basicly what I need to do is extract the values from certain cells, and then place them into a DataSet, so that it can be exported to XML, anyone know a good guide for doing this, or anyone know a peice of example code to do this?
