VBA programs
 
after extensive searching, I can find nothing on the subject, but
basicly what I need to do is extract the values from certain cells, and
then place them into a DataSet, so that it can be exported to XML,
anyone know a good guide for doing this, or anyone know a peice of
example code to do this? I am pretty new to vb.NET and I have never
used vba, and was wondering if that was even the best approach. Thanks
in advance for any responses

It is possible to export from Excel to XML directly, if that is what you are
looking to accomplish. Please see the following KB article:
