Conditional Formating
 

I am looking for suggestions on help with trying to incorporate Conditional
Formatting into some data analysis.
I will have about 5 columns that I will want to try to Conditionally Format
based on the percentile ranking for each piece of data within that column.
Number of rows of data will be variable. I may want to highlight the top 10%
or top 20% but would need to be able to choose the percentile when running
the macro.
