Excel 2003 file sizes

Have a large excel file that I need to reduce. Have removed data and
links/macros but the file size has grown. Is there anyway to compress/repair
the file ?

Thanks for that message but it hasn`t made any difference to the size. I`m

When you use Ctrl-End on a worksheet it select the last row with data ?

Have you save/close the file after you follow the steps ?

I had done this anyway. But went through the steps again and it still didn`t
work. It actually made the file grow again !

Bizarre.

Maybe the file is corrupt ?

Try to copy all sheets to a new workbook and see how big that file is.?

If this not help you can zip the file and send it to me private if it is not to big<g
and I look at it for you.
