Creating a Template with drop down boxes
 
I am trying to create a form which has drop down boxes with choices and then
those choices fill in a form on another page - can anyone lead me in the
right direction to create this form?

Or, if you want the dropdown lists on the worksheet, you can use data
validation. There's information in Excel's Help, and he

To show the selections on another sheet, you can link the cells --

On the second sheet, select the cell where you want to see information
from the first sheet
Type an equal sign
Select the first sheet, and click on the cell you want to link
Press the Enter key
