AutoUpdate cells with statistics

Hi ALL
I really really hope you can help me out on this one....

I have done some heavy programming for calculating and evaluating ou
logistic setup in a larger danish company. In this there are include
automatic update of stock levels, sales etc. from SAP.

What I would like to do, is to upload certain statistics into cells
which is listed in a column by date.

Example:
1. On the 26th of July I update the sheet with data from our ERP-syste
SAP.
2. I push a macro button within the sheet and all datas are held int
the sheet and kept as values.
3. Then I would like some statistics of these values to be kept in
"value"-cell for trending values thorughout the year in charts. Today
will have to copy all wanted values down to a line out from curren
date, which is held in a big all dates coloumn (1st of january to 31s
of December). Please see attachment for example...

Your help is VERY appreciated.... :rolleyes
