Paste and Save As using Cell as name
 

I have Sheet1 with a list of names and numbers. would like to paste one
row into Sheet2, then save the Sheet2 as a web page using info in cell
a1 as the name. then continue on to next row until all rows are done.

Sheet1
a1 Jones
b1 25
c1 18
d1 42

a2 Smith
b2 87
c2 34
d2 56
