John,
Private Sub Workbook_BeforePrint(Cancel As Boolean) End Sub It's in module ThisWorkbook. In the VBE, open the code window for the ThisWorkbook module (double-click it in the Project Explorer). Once in that module, set the object (left) box to Workbook. Now the Procedure box (right) will contain workbook events. Open it and select BeforePrint. It'll put the event sub above in the module. Put your code in there. -- Earl Kiosterud www.smokeylake.com "John" wrote in message ... Good afternoon Does Excel 2000 have an On Print event.
