how to control the "Save as type"

Hi there,
I export a html file to excel named aaa.xls
When I wanna "Save as" this file, the defult "save as type" is "Web
Page(*.htm; *.html)".
Could I set the default save as type to "Microsoft Excel Workbook(*.xls) ?
and how?

Thanks!!
