Excel Error
 

I have a excel file with alot of code in it.
I was working on the code yesterday...and when
I tried to open it today... I get the following Mircosoft Excel Error:
Micorsoft Excel for widows has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience.
Then.. I get the options to send to microsoft or not to.

When I click on Don't Send... the message goes away and the file closes.
I cannot open this file.....

I can open other versions of this file in Excel

If anyone knows how to resolve this so I can open this file.. I would really
appreciate it..
