Pivot table
 

I have a subtotal running up top... Grand Total keeps shifting from column K
to Column R as you make selection on the table... Is their anyway to tie the
subtotal to the shifting column.. Like an ofind Grand total the look 500 rows
down and subtotal?

Not entirly sure what you are after, but try using the GETPIVOTDATA worksheet
function. For the GrandTotal this would be
=GETPIVOTDATA("FieldName",A1)
....where A1 is a cell in the pivot table
