Could you elaborate your question? Too vague to know if anyone knows
such a thing. The more explicit and complete explanation the more
possible somesome cuold give you a hand.

Default Scheduling application based on Excel

Mark, I know a guy who co-wrote such an app some years ago, which was still
in use and thus possibly updated. I believe you can reach him as the
webmaster and owner of RealWorldWebSolutions.com.
