Is there a way how to create own special cell format ? E.g. rounding up ?
I need it only for formating, not for value of cell !

Please provide an example of what you want to enter, and what you want it to
look like.

Hi Vlado,

Let's say that you currently have your values in Column A.

Set up your sheet like this to obtain the results as below ...

Column A: Original Values (No Formatting)
Column B: Original Values Formatted As: #,##0,
Column C: Formula: =ROUNDUP($A,-3), Format: #,##0
Column D: Formula: =ROUNDUP($A,-3), Format: #,##0,

A B C D
5224 5 6,000 6
49 0 1,000 1
765 1 1,000 1
12864 13 13,000 13
53587 54 54,000 54

Given that you're only after something for display purposes, does one of
those give you what you want? (Simply hide Column A original values if you
want to retain them, but not show them to users).

HTH, Sean.

Thank you Sean for your answer,
but I'm searching for "only format" solution. I know ROUND-ing, but I need
for one special reason have one value in cell displayed as rounded only by
formating. That's why I asked if there is a way to create my own special
cells format.

OK. Yes, you can create "Custom" formats, but to the best of my knowledge,
not for what you are wanting to do. Unless one of the other "gurus" in this
forum has some ideas, then I think that you're stuck with using a separate
range for display and hiding the original data.

Sorry couldn't be of more help, Sean.
