Suppress sub totals on pivot table
I am using Excel 2002. Here is a sample spreadsheet : Bill $1 Bill $3 Bob $5 Bob $5 Jerry $6 If I do a pivot table on the above data. I will get a subtotal on each person. I do not want subtotals. I only want the grand totals. How can I suppress the subtotals on a pivot table? |

Suppress sub totals on pivot table
Just put the Numeric Header in Data and nothing in Row or column Fields.
