ExcelBanter - Hiding Tabs

Without computer programming, you can simply select the sheet that you want
to hide, click on Format in the toolbar, Sheet, then Hide.

To Unhide a hidden sheet, from any sheet, go to Format-Sheet-Unhide and
you will be given a list of sheets to unhide, select the desired sheet and
unhide it.

Programmatically, there are two versions of hide, one that will allow you to
unhide it using the method above, the other to prevent unhiding it... Then
unhide would be setting the hidden property of the worksheet to visible.

Values for visible are -1, 0, and 2.
So
Sheet1.visible = -1 makes the sheet visible
Sheet1.Visible = 0 makes it simply hidden and be unhidden by the method above.
Sheet1.Visible = 2 makes it very hidden, where it can not be unhidden but by
the program (not the user) unhiding the sheet.

So take your pick, I think you asked for easiest, which was the first
answer. :)
