Publishing Workbook or Worksheet (HTML)

I maintain a large workbook that is used to keep track of order scheduling.
I distribute this workbook via email daily, to around 50 employees. This
workbook is around 700K and takes up a lot of space on the server when
sending it as an attachment to so many people.

I've tried publishing to an HTML file but I wasn't happy with the results.
As this is a very large spreadsheet, generaly printed on 11x17 It would be
great if I could format before publishing. I would like to reduce the actual
viewing size of this spreadsheet so when publishing users dont have to scroll
horizontally for miles. Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Publishing Workbook or Worksheet (HTML)

Hi James

You can send the selection of a sheet as a htm file or in the body
if the mail.

Is that a option for you
