Excel Macro or VB?
Please help. I am in great need. I have an expense report. In cells A2:A10
I enter the expense codes. There can be blanks cells between codes entered. There can be several different expense codes. In cell I15 I need to copy the expense code entered in lets say A2. Then copy down from I16:I11 any corresponding data from row 2 for example Meals, Lodging and so on. I need to do this for each expense code. So lets say I enter a different code in A6. I would need to copy that code to the next column over, J15 then copy down the corresponding data from row 6 into cells J16:J11. Does any one have any idea how I might even begin to do this complex macro, VB or formula. Any help is greatly appreciated. |
