macro in excel

I want a macro in excel to send the sheet as an attachment by email to a
known adress and afterwards to close the file.
The macro i have made save the file, open a new email with the file as
attachment. But does not write the adresse and do not send it.
I have recorded following macro: save file; send file as attachment;
(email opens): email adress; send; close file
But it is only the 2 first steps is working.
Can anyone help -Please
I'm using microsoft office 2003
