How to desactivate the mouse scroll
 

I tried to work with the scroll event at one point. It was a horror show of
API calls that I never got to work correctly. I came to the conclusion that
anything can be done but this one is not worth doing. If you can get it to go
then send me the code and I will gladly buy you a beer.
