command bar problem
 

Hi all,
i have this problem with command bars that i cant get thru.
I have an application with a custom command bar called Resource which
comes up nicely when i open my excel WB. but now with the developement
of this application, i have to copy sheets from an earlier version WB
to a new version WB. so when i open 2 WBs together, I get 2 Resource
commandbars (when i only want 1) and when i close 1 of the workbooks,
both the command bars disappear. so then i have my application open but
no command bar and buttons.
can someone help me to rectify the situation?
