Another save as question

Hi all,

saw a similar question to mine earlier, but I am too stupid to figure out
the tweaking I need to do myself.

I have created a file name to save as using cell values, however, I want to
allow the user to specify the folder to which to save this file without
changing the file name.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Regards

You could let the user pick the folder:

Jim Rech has a BrowseForFolder routine at:
http://www.oaltd.co.uk/MVP/Default.htm
(look for BrowseForFolder)

John Walkenbach has one at:
http://j-walk.com/ss/excel/tips/tip29.htm

If you and all your users are running xl2002+, take a look at VBA's help for:
application.filedialog(msoFileDialogFolderPicker)
