Trouble with select statement
 

I recorded a query... works great without the variables

This is within a select statement
Time<={ts '2005-04-19 01:00:00'})

However when i change the date to capture my dtpicker value i get nothing
returned. arghh

Time<={ts '" & Format(Criteria1, "yyyy-mm-dd") & " 01:00:00'}

Any help is greatly appreciated
