PROBLEM MESSAGEWHEN OPENING FILE: Installing Excel Feature

Whenever I am opening an excel file that I have created macros in, I see the
Office Installer flash quickly and then I get a box titled "Installing
Components for MS Excel" with a message that says: Installing:Microsft Excel
Feature" and it hangs for about 8 minutes and then the file opens....
Anyone know how I could get rid of this???
