Default Formatting Form Text

How do you format (change size, appearance, etc) the text in an Option Button
Form or Group Box Form? Although I cannot find any way to do it I know it
can be done because I somehow accidentally changed one but cannot figure out
how I did it?!?!?

Thanks.
