Error in FM20.dll when inserting userform
 

Hi Philipp,
I don't know if you still have the problem with fm20.dll, but I'm right now
having a similar one. I've also tried the possible solutions in this thread
without success.

PROBLEM
1. From an office 2000 application (Word or Excel) I open the Visual Basic
editor by pressing ALT + F11
2. I try to insert a user form, selecting the option UserForm from the menu
Insert.
3. The application crashes with the error: Microsoft Excel for Windows has
detected a problem and must close.
When you look at the details of the error report you see under ModName the
fm20.dll and under offset 0000f3be.
CONDITIONS
This problem has been detected using both Office 2000 Standard SR1 and
Office 2000 Standard SP3. The "afected" versions of the DLL a
fm20.dll version 2.1.6927.1 in Office 2000 SR1
fm20.dll version 2.1.9922.1 in Office 2000 SP3
My system is Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2

I've been searching TechNet and the Web without finding the solution.
I've tried several things: uninstalling office, changing the version of
office...
