checkbook register template

On the microsoft checkbook register template, how can I lengthen the number
of entries to the sheet and keep the the checkbook balance function in place
(ie. keeping the ....H(n)-F(n+1)+G(n+1) function)? Is there a rule that I
can apply to additional entries in the sheet? If so, how do I apply it?
