Hi,
When I protect a worksheet the free text cells are correctly protected. However, any cells that use data validation that allows the user to select an option from a list, are not protected. The user can alter the value by selecting a new option from the list. Does anybody know why this might be occuring please? This is for Excel 2000, and I am setting the protection programmatically. Thanks in advance for any help, Steve |
