hidden folders
i know this isnt necissarily a excel question but im not sure where else to
ask. if i have a folder called test on the desktop and in properties i clicked hidden, how can i go back and unhide it? |

Here is one way. In windows explorer Select Tools - options - View and
check view hidden files and folders. Click the button to make this the default setting for all folders. Now you can go into C:\Documents and Setting\???\desktop... find the file and change the property... I think that should work... Not sure why this in in the Excel.Programming group ...
Anyway, you can fix this by what Jim has stated. This will allow you to *see* the folder(s).
