I have this type of excel report structure.
I want create a simple chart for John,Smith 8164. I have to do this daily
and I wanted to automize this process. I have about 20 employee names and
cells position may change from one report to another. What kind of loop/or
function/code can help me to proceed?

The answer will depend on what you want your chart to show, so hard to answer
without more detail. First, what kind of chart (collumn, line, scatter,
pie...); then what will the series be (what values do you want to show?).
Finally, in what way will the position of the cells change. Are they always
in the same column, but may have different numbers of rows? Would need to
know.

Hi,
What was said in the previous response is true. Maybe you can give us an
example of your current out put from the data you have presented, which you
do "manually."

Thanks,
