Passing reports to PowerPoint?
There is a fellow at work that would like to send a formatted worksheet
range to PowerPoint. Maybe eight ranges/slides in all. They would like to automate the process. We are using Office XP. How would this be done? Don <www.donwiss.com (e-mail link at home page bottom). |

Don,
If the range is always the same - i.e. no change in range dimensions - then simply paste link them in powerpoint. Copy each range in Excel, switch to powerpoint and select Paste Special, Paste Link. But very chart oriented, and no charts here. The relationship people want to be able to e-mail supporting calculations. Maybe outputting these print ranges into PDF files would make more sense.
