I am looking to make a cell change colour after a certain
amount of days have elapsed... I have asked our B/A here
and he has suggested to create a Macro.. I am sooo lost..
Any suggestions please?

you will need to use conditional formatting or a macro
If you use conditional formating ... you will need to count the days not
complete and then conditional format the cell where you do your counting
