Partick,
I did what you did and I started with a fresh workbook, still not working.
Could it something I am not doing in the properties area of VBA for the combo
box. Otherwise maybe I am not naming my ranges correctly? Thank you for your
help. I'm off to bed but I will look again tomorrow morning.

The error is happing were i put /////
