How do I ensure that all the data is on one page when printing in.
I have a worksheet that is comprised of tables.
I need to ensure thta tables do not overlap the end of the page. How do I do this in a macro? THe page length seems to be set by the paper size but I can't make alterations stick! The pagebreak keeps interferring! thanks in anticipation. Allan Thompson |

Have you experimented with the print dialog section where you can select
Print to Fit? "Allan" wrote: I have a worksheet that is comprised of tables. I need to ensure thta tables do not overlap the end of the page. How do I do this in a macro? 'fraid that won't work - because the table needs to be a particluar size when
printed . I size the table to fit the width of page - but my problem is keeping a whole tabvle together. There are a maximum of 15 tables to print. thanks for replying. Allan |

What I have done is 1. Set each table on a separate worksheet. 2. Set the print area for each sheet to the same size as the table. 3. Do the print setup to Fit to one page high and one page wide. 4. Center the table in the print set-up. If your tables are dynamic (you add/delete records), then the above can be done with code in a Worksheet_Change event. An option to "Fit to Page" is to adjust the percentage size (also in the same
section of the Print Setup. This will allow you get at least the height or width to the size you want. From there you may need to adjust the column width and/or row height in the wsh as well.
