What's the easiest way to set up a client pipline w COE dates and.
I work for three loan officers and am having a hard time managing all of
their info. Is there a template or some type of set up that is time stamped. For example: When the close of escrow date is the 17th the color of the info will highlight yellow on the 14th, or when the expration of the lock is almost up the color will change to blue. This way I can focus on the paperwork rather than going through 100 names every month. PLEASE HELP! |

Have you looked at Conditional Formatting on the Format menu? It should be
able to do exactly what you want. You could all of your close date columns formatted to look at one cell with, say, today's date in. Then they could change the closer they are to that date - but you can only have up to 3 conditions, maybe Normal, Close, Very CLose and Expired. HTH, Gareth "Vanessa" wrote in message ...
