Default How to publish VBA and UserForms on the web?

Hi all... I have a Workbook I'll be needing to publish on the web. On the
first worksheet, I have two jpegs, TextBoxes and ListBoxes supplemented with
VBA coding, and no cell data. When I "Save as Web Page", the worksheet
appears blank in the .html..I have subsequent worksheets with cell data that
appear as I would expect them to once saved as a web page, so I am assuming
the blank .html has something to do with the VBA. Is there code that will
make the Text/ListBoxes appear and be interactive when I use the "Save as Web
Page", or is there another method? Thanks in advance...
