Gents,

How can I make my forms in a way that would allow me to select the active
sheet or move up and down the sheet while the user form is still shown in
front of the user.

Omar,

In XL2000 or above, show the form as modeless. You can't do it without a lot
of hacks in 97.

frmName.Show vbModeless
