E-mail address gets Arial-fonted when it's typed. How to stop this
Hi all,
From the past posts, I understand that there is no way to turn off auto-hyperlink on typed e-mail address exept manually "undo"-ing it. My problem is when an e-mail address is typed it gets Arial fonted. Is there any way to prevent this behavior? My gut feeling is "No". Thanks. --- Tetsuya Oguma, Singapore |

xl2002 added the ability to turn off that autoconversion.
Tools|autocorrect|autoformat as you type is where you'd find the option to toggle. Maybe you could just apply a different style (normal?) to that cell. Or even change the Hyperlink style to be what you want (if you don't need it elsewhere). You can customize your toolbar to get to the styles quicker, too.
