Is there any function checking its status?
I want to open other excel file, refreshall, save, close. Save function
executes during refreshing and it asks me "Do u want to stop refreshing". I
want to save file, but after refreshing.

If your queries are not set to refresh in the background, VBA code will wait
until the refresh has completed before continuing.
Look at the Properties of the/each query.
