Looking for information on creating a formula in excel
Looking to create a formula for the following. Sheet 1 column a have a list
of names a1-a15. On sheet 2 have a list on names a1-a15 with list of numbers in c1-c15. If names from sheet 2 same as anyone on sheet one than the corresponding number will be posted. ie: on sheet one name george appears. on sheet two the name george in a1 and bill in a2 are listed. want to search that is george is found than the corresponding number will be posted on sheet 3. Hope someone can make sense of this -- George |
