Control to Choose Row and Column in spreadsheet
 

I am trying to set up a userform which gives me the option
of selecting rows and column similar to the choices
offered in the Page Set-Up in Excel

Page Setup\Sheet\

Rows to repeat at the top:
Columns to repeat at left:

Does anyone know what control I use for this?
