You have a memory leak somewere. Open up the task manager while the code is
running and you will be able to watch as the memory usage for excel approaches 110 Meg. As a guess this is what is going on. What exactly are you trying to do? Yes, and all of my Office apps. When I load any office app I get this error.

I use an application from WonderWare called Active Factory to access data

When Excel loads it uses 20 meg and holds there.
