Validate mm/dd/yyyy
I'm currently trying to force Date validation as "mm/dd/yyyy" but no matter
what I do it just doesn't seem to work any ideas? I'm going to keep googling.. Looks like I can only do dd/mm/yyyy, any ideas? |
Validate mm/dd/yyyy
Trying to use VBA code to do this for me but how do I get the location of
the Cell that just lost focus? I can get the value in the cell but I want to only execute the code if it was ROW "J" that lost focus. Anyone? |
Validate mm/dd/yyyy
That pretty vague. Perhaps you could give a sample of what you have tried
and what parts of Excel you are working with (textbox on a userform, cell using data validation, etc) -- Regards, Tom Ogilvy "HotRod" wrote in message ... Validate mm/dd/yyyy
I am trying to do cell validation (NO VBA) so tried to set the cell
validation but the formatting is always dd/mm/yyyy, I also tried to create a custom format mm/dd/yyyy as well as us the cell formatting option to try and setup the cell. |
