Default Informational userforms

I need to display a constant message to users reminding them of the control
keys to run macros on various worksheets within the same workbook. I've
designed the text on multiple user forms that show/hide modeless as the users
navigate from worksheet to worksheet.

However, the userforms always take focus when shown. Is there anyway to
show the forms and then have the worksheet automatically take focus so the
forms always "float" on top of the worksheets? Or is there a better way to
accomplish this other than userforms?
